Business: Sole proprietorships, general partnerships, limited partnerships, limited liability partnerships, corporations, non-profit corporations, limited liability companies, employers and employees, independent contractors, small firms and mid-sized firms (up to about 400 employees).
Construction: Homeowners, developers, general contractors, and subcontrators (most trades).
Issues have included both transactional and litigation-related cases. Some of the latter matters have been resolved through settlement negotiations and mediation while others required lengthy court battles ending in jury or court verdicts.
