Salen Law was founded in 2007 by Abe G. Salen to provide legal services in South Orange County, with a specific emphasis on Ladera Ranch/Mission Viejo and the surrounding communities.  Salen Law assists clients with the resolution of a wide array of legal issues that arise in the real estate and business arenas.

Mr. Salen brings more than a decade of extensive experience assisting clients with their legal needs, and specifically providing advise on how to avoid costly and often lengthy litigation disputes through proactive negotiation and contractual negotiations.  Unfortunately, not all issues can be resolved amicably among parties.  As such, Mr. Salen has significant courtroom and trial experience, having appeared in courts throughout the State of California, and has represented clients from inception of a lawsuit through post-jury verdict, with quality results.  In an effort to stay out of court, Mr. Salen has also successfully resolved multiple cases through the alternative dispute resolution process.

Mr. Salen and his wife reside in Ladera Ranch with their three children, and is active in local community associations, including the Ladera Rancho and South Orange County Chambers of Commerce.  Mr. Salen volunteers his time with AYSO, his children's elementary school, and supports local events.
